When you receive a PowerPoint file from your client or a friend to run on your iPad or iPhone, you will be frustrated to know that you can’t open the ppt file directly in your iPhone or iPad. Don’t wory there are several ways to view your presentation on your iPhone or iPad.
1. Apple’s Keynote
Keynote is Apple’s own presentation software and able to import the powerpoint files. Keynote can handle videos embeded in powerpoint slides if they are in compatible formats (.m4v, .mp4, or .mov).

iSpring Suite is an add-on for PowerPoint that appears on a special tab of its toolbar. It converts your Powerpoint files to HTM5. It is a format that can be run on your iPad web browser and supports most of the presentations animation and videos.
QuickOffice is an office editing suit owned by Google and is available on iPads, iPhones, Android tablets & phones, Symbian S3, and Symbian S60. You can create, view and edit the powerpoint presentations. QuickOffice also connect cloud storage account so that you can easily access and edit files.
7. Office2 HD
Office2 HD is the office document editing suits which allow us view, edit and create Microsoft Word (doc, docx), Excel (xls, xlsx) and Powerpoint (ppt, pptx) files on iPad. It also connect with your cloud account and giving you access to your files and presentations whenever you want.
